Candy spent lots of time prepareing these dishes, but the results were really really devine. Fantastic colours, great taste. We definitelly became fans of rice with spices and veggies, balsamico in the salads and still falafels!

Rice: Boil Pakistani parboiled rice with vegetarian stock. In the frying pan put some olive oil. When it’s hot, fry some chopped mushrooms and then add one chopped red pepper. When the rice is ready, mix it with mushrooms and red pepper and fry for another 2 or 3 minutes.


Salad: rocket leaves, corn salad, tomatoes, apple, pear, kiwi, olive oil and balsamic vinegar from Modena

Falafels: (for around 7 pieces)

1 cup of chick peas, an onion, 2 garlic cloves, 3 tea spoons of chopped parsley, 1 tea spoon of fresh coleander, 1 tea spoon of cumin, 2 table spoons of flour, about 200 g mushrooms, salt pepper, deep frying oil
