Springy, fresh, simply delightful. It’s difficult to describe this receipe by Marcepan in other words. She brought it from Marocco and prepared for us the vege version.


5 small potatoes
2 carrots
1 zucchini
1 onion
1 can of tomatoes
1 teaspoon of cumin, 1/2 teasoon of cayene pepper, 2 garlic cloves, 1/2 teaspoon of salt


Thick slice all the vegetables. Put the potatoes on hot oil and fry them until they become soft, pour out the oil and add carrots, zucchini and onion and stir-fry them for a moment. Add tomatoes and spices and simmer it all for around 20 minutes.
